This is a welding method that uses frictional heat as its heat energy for welding. This method melts the welding parts and completely merges the two metal objects into one, so it is much stronger than the conventional welding. Furthermore, it also has a merit of enabling to weld two different types of metals. In conventional friction pressure welding, delivery of welded material was main focus, but we provide total support from material selection, welding, processing, to finished product.

As compared to conventional two-side milling machine, this machine can perform processing spontaneously and human-less operation of milling to whole making with robot arms.
