Systematization of steel storage

For using Komatsu Cradle Lock System, the movement of steel and its storage has become greatly speedy. With that system, we can also stock steel volume three times more compared to conventional way of storage. Therefore, we can respond to the quick demand of manufacturing and processing of the steel products.

SOLUTION-2

Introducing latest and the fastest cutting machines

Our work process has been shortened by introducing Shin Cut Master, a super hard circular sawing machine, which can cut five times faster than conventional cutter(approximately 40 second for round SUS304 100) . Regardless of steel material, it has greatly improved the efficiency of the manufacturing process.

Our large inventory up to 500mm thick steel helps us in maintaining a speedy delivery

We have introduced PCSAW430AX, a super hard circular sawing machine, which enables us to cut any type of stainless steel or special steel in a very limited time. It is four times faster compared to the conventional cut machine（approximately 8 minutes for round SUS304 300）. We quickly respond to all your processing and manufacturing needs regarding forging and casting of steel. We also have speedy delivery system for having large inventory of various sizes and types. As a whole Matsuikozai group, we aim to progress with flexible and reasonable response to the demands of the society and the surrounding region.
