Since its founding, this factory has handled the precision machining of round bars, hexagonal bars, forged items, and forged steel products.
Combining processing track records in heat-resistant steel and nickel alloy steel as well as special steel and stainless steel, we proceed with integrated production as a single flow from material ordering to cutting, lathe machining, machining center processing, welding, assembly, inspection, packaging, and shipping.
In particular, we receive high praise from customers for various valves, pump stems, shafts, piping nozzles, and pull-out prevention rings. Aiming for further leaps forward, we introduce unmanned processing machines to respond to globalization in all fields, realizing cost performance tailored to customer needs.

From materials to rough machining and precision parts processing, we meet your requests with a single drawing from the customer.

Deploying large multi-tasking machines (with milling functions) and large machining centers, experienced staff manufacture products while making various proposals for development items and prototypes in line with customer needs. In particular, we have deployed friction welding machines, striving to reduce material-related costs and shorten manufacturing processes.
We are also equipped not only for parts processing but also for unit delivery, assembly, and finished product inspection, realizing proposals tailored to customer needs.

As our third production base, we meet the requests of customers primarily in Western Japan.

Integrated production of square-machined items and mass-produced products (material diameters ofφ00～φ000×000) . We established the Hiroshima Factory (Higashihiroshima City) as our third production base for customer service primarily in Western Japan (Chugoku, Kyushu). With an elite few, we work to meet needs in all fields, from prototypes to mass-produced items for medical device parts and industrial equipment parts, focusing on square machining of light and high alloys. We also actively tackle cost reductions through VE/VA proposals, earning customer trust as experts.

As an inventory management and shipping/delivery center for processed parts, we aim for “manufacturing that pleases customers.”

It was newly built in April 2017, replacing the Product Center that was established as the quality control department for machined parts.
At T.I.C, we have installed a new automated warehouse to enhance the inventory management of machined products. Beyond mere inventory management and shipping of parts, it serves as the center of quality control for the entire group, literally driving technological innovation.
